This one has come to us as part of a large collection of 3 1/2 and 5 inch gauge locomotives and 4 inch scale road engines including traction engines, steam roller and a Foden wagon.
Unsteamed from new, the engine will require commissioning including attention to a seized regulator and injector steam valve, leaking steam pipe on the left hand cylinder beneath the cowl, fitting springs to the safety valves and investigation of a tight spot in the motion.
