We sold this one as a project back in 2016 - an otherwise well-built engine, the boiler had a leak on the front tubeplate. The new owner, rather than attempt repair, commissioned a brand new boiler for the engine.

A change of job, with associated house move and closing down of his workshop, has required a major review of projects - this engine, along with several others, has been part of a radical downsizing of his collection.

The engine requires the new boiler piping up with its fittings before reassembling the cladding.

Complete with a pair of purpose-built crates for locomotive and tender, along with all manufacturer's documentation for the CE-marked boiler.
