Paintwork aside, the thing has been assembled competently enough that the wheels go round, albeit in serious need of some lubrication - it's suffered from poor storage and an apparent lack of oil anywhere. It's now in need of a complete strip down, painting and reassembling.
Boilers on the early Winson Models were made by Cheddar - not sure if this one is one of theirs, but is unused and nicely made, with neat flanging and good solder penetration.
