Built for ground level running, it is in good condition, having apparently had little use from new.
The braking system is lightly built with a short operating handle, working on the rear bogie only - it requires a pin for the front clevis, the front bogie requires a nut and washer for the pivot bolt.
There is a detachable sprocket and chain attached to one of the front bogie axles - possibly intended to drive some ancillary.
Complete with copies of a Doug Hewson article from "Engineering in Miniature" magazine, detailing construction of a similar truck.
