A nearly-new braked bogie driving trolley, based on the Papworth design serialised in "Model Engineer" in 1985. It has been used twice, after a brief foray into 5 inch gauge the previous owner has now decided to concentrate on his extensive 45mm gauge garden railway.

Commercially-produced wheelsets running in roller bearings (the piece of angle iron chocked under the wheels in some of the shots is one of the footpegs to stop it disappearing off the edge of the bench - it is extremely free-running), welded steel chassis.

Comes complete with a pair of footpegs for ground level running and a pair of footboards for raised level. It's quickly convertable between each.
