This one was designed and built to be easily dismantled into two sections, each small enough to transport in his car - the chassis bolts together in the middle, the body was made in two halves.
Down below the bogies each carry three M6812 120 watt motors, powered by a pair of 12 volt batteries. The hand controller has speed control, horn and a fitting for a speedometer unit - supplied with the locomotive but currently not connected - direction is selected by a switch on the locomotive.
The locomotive is fitted with a sound card, although the realism of its output leaves something to be desired. There are lights at either end - some light, some don't although all appear to be wired up.
