A 5 inch narrow gauge Bagnall 0-4-0ST, built from a ModelWorks kit - the first running one of these we've ever had from a total production of 25 locomotives.
It steams freely and runs well with clear, well-defined exhaust beats. Paintwork is of the tar-brush school, although given the simplicity of the design, it would only be the work of a weekend to repaint.
On test all water feeds worked reliably - the injector is plumbed up to feed from a tank on a driving truck - the safety valves proved efficient with no hint of accumulation.
