A 5 inch gauge "Achiller" 0-6-0T, the stretched version of Dick Simmonds' "Ajax" 0-4-0 design.

An older engine, it steams freely and runs well, notching up in forwards gear. Axle and hand pumps are effective, the injector picks up and feeds with a constant dribble from the overflow.

Motionwork and valvegear are robustly proportioned in this design, well made in the first place with some wear evident.
