Very grubby, the chassis is seized and little remains of the paintwork.
On the plus side it's a large, rather attractively proportioned engine which was quite nicely made in the distant past.
The copper boiler has had a twice working pressure hydraulic test at 180psi which showed nothing amiss other than a bead of water off one firebox stay, however it will need cladding removing and dismounting from the frames for a thorough examination before use.
