Water carried in belly tank and tender - the tender tank has a gauge set into the manstand. Cast iron cylinder, single crank compound working, slide valves actuated by Stephenson's gear with pole reverser. Mechanical lubricator and governor mounted on the cylinder block, along with a steam siren.
