A well-made 4 1/2 inch scale Burrell agricultural engine, finished nearly thirty years ago it was the first by a man who went on to build many fine models, including the superb 6 inch Ruston Proctor we sold back in 2011.

Steel boiler with welded tubes, 100psi working pressure, feed by mechanical pump and injector. Cast iron cylinder with slide valve actuated by Stephenson's gear with pole reverser. Mechanical lubricator and Pickering type governor mounted on the cylinder block. Waterlifter mounted on tender with hose.

Three shaft, two speed transmission with differential, winch behind nearside rear wheel with fairleads on tender.
