Early stage project/collection of bits for a 4 inch scale Burrell traction engine.

Work completed to date comprises:

Hornplates
Wheel rims with T-rings welded in, rear rims drilled for strakes
Set of strakes
Set of steel tyres for front wheels, rolled to profile
Part-machined crankshaft
Flywheel turned, bored and keyway cut
Ashpan folded up and welded
Set of firebars
Offside steering bracket
Pair of flanged spectacle plates
Brass crankshaft end cap
Flanges for clack valves
Boiler tube, cut at rear for firebox with throatplate

3 x eccentric straps (two for valve rods, one for pump)
