None survived into preservation - reclassified Class B8 by the LNER, all were withdrawn at nationalisation.
Built to one inch scale, the model is 4 3/4 inch gauge - chassis is of robust proportions, typical of earlier models, with some nice work including one-piece turned crankshaft and keyed wheelsets.
The previous owner had had a new boiler made by Western Steam, CE-marked it's complete with manufacturer's documentation.
