A Marshall 7nhp agricultural engine, a large engine in 3 inch scale (in any scale come to think of it), it stands head and shoulders above the 3 inch Burrell it's currently parked next to in the workshop. It's come to us as a part exchange halfway through a repaint - done to a decent standard, there's a handsome engine here which impressed with the way it goes (there's some video of Steve running around the estate on it here).
Welded steel boiler with expanded tubes by Franklin & Bell, feed by injector and mechanical pump. Cast iron cylinder with slide valve actuated by Stephenson's gear, mechanical lubricator and Pickering type governor. Four shaft, two speed with differential, winch behind nearside wheel with fairleads on tender. Wheels have bonded rubber tyres.
