A 3 inch scale agricultural engine of freelance design, looks to be the same builder as the 2 inch engine we have in at the moment (explained in part by both having the steering chains connected opposite way round to normal, which makes for interesting manoeuvring in the workshop). Steel boiler with copper tubes, 75psi working pressure, feed by mechanical pump. Single cylinder with slide valve actuated by Stephenson's gear, mechanical lubricator. Whistle is the converted Boy Scout's type, as per LBSC's instructions.

Two speed transmission, rubber tyres.
