An AEC Matador lorry, based on a mobility scooter which has been skinned with a beautifully made cab and deck to produce a super looking model. It's great fun to drive, we've all had a go on it (and indeed couldn't get some people off it, mentioning no names...)

The work of a talented engineer, a man with a great eye for detail and given to wonderful flights of inspiration. Regular readers may remember his fabulous Class 37 that we sold back in 2019.

Work is to a high standard throughout - such is the quality of finish and wiring that it could be mistaken for a commercially produced vehicle. The lorry has had little use and remains in excellent condition.

An ideal rally vehicle for the younger enthusiast (although it works really well for grownups too!), the "instant go" and freedom from annual boiler tests making it an attractive - and considerably more affordable - alternative to a 3 inch scale traction engine.
