Remarkably the engine is unsteamed from new - built from a kit but never run, it really needs stripping completely, cleaning, repainting and reassembling.
The boiler has had a twice working pressure hydraulic test with new certification issued, we would warranty it as sound.
The chassis appears twisted and rear axle sits at a jaunty angle - the chassis a simple steel affair, we suspect easy to tweak once dismantled.
The engine turns over but requires the eccentrics setting to run.
