A 3 1/2 inch gauge locomotive chassis, outside cylinders with inside valve chests, Stephenson's valve gear complete to weighshaft level. Underneath the dirt quite nicely made - everything turns over freely and the reversing gear works. The engine requires one connecting rod refitting (included) before being ready to run on air.
