A 3 1/2 inch gauge model of a late nineteenth century 2' 6" gauge locomotive by Krauss of Germany, built from an O.S kit twenty years ago and kept for display since, it's in new and unsteamed condition (if a bit dusty underneath).
Silver soldered superheated boiler, feed by axle pump with auxiliary hand pump in the offside side tank. Gunmetal cylinders with slide valves actuated by outside Stephenson's gear with pole reverser, mechanical lubricator.
Complete with its original factory assembly instructions and display track.
The engine came in recently with a collection of locomotives including several other new, unsteamed models from the O.S range including a 3 1/2 inch gauge Porter Mogul, 3 1/2 inch gauge Britannia and 5 inch gauge four-truck Shay.
