A 3 1/2 inch gauge Pacific to LBSC's "Hielan Lassie" design, a well-advanced project comprising rolling three cylinder chassis with Walschaerts gear and motionwork erected, copper boiler and complete tender.

Built to a pretty pedestrian standard throughout; the boiler is largely complete although requiring firebox stays, barrel has a butt strap joint. Somebody has rather optimistically fitted blanking plugs for a hydraulic test although mercifully seems to have thought better of it, prior to staying the wrapper...
