A 3 1/2 inch gauge LMS Black 5 to LBSC's "Doris" design; a well-built engine in the first place, it remains in good condition with little discernible wear in the valve gear and motion work.

The silver soldered copper boiler has had recent hydraulic and steam test with certification issued for same, water feeds all work reliably.

The engine steams freely and runs particularly well - there's some video of it on the rolling road outside the workshop here.
