The boiler has had recent hydraulic test with new certification issued. The pressure gauge requires replacement, however all fittings all appeared remarkably watertight, the boiler held pressure well on test.
The chassis runs on air in either direction, rather asthmatically although with little detectable blow-by in mid gear - first step would be to have a look at the pistons and their packings.
The axleboxes have generous clearances in the horns and the centre right hand wheel is loose on the axle, evidence of a good deal of running since its last bottom end overhaul.
Complete with a pair of purpose built storage crates.
