Very finely made little saddle tank, based on LBSC's "Juliet II" design, itself basically the original "Juliet" with Baker valve gear. Made by a professional engineer, it is very neatly put together - the fit and finish of all parts is excellent.

Silver soldered superheated copper boiler, feed by axle pump with auxiliary hand pump on the footplate. Slide valve cylinders actuated by Baker valve gear, pole reverser in cab.

The engine has a new boiler certificate and ran almost silently when steamed yesterday. The blower nozzle is too small and needs opening up to create an effective blast.
