A 3 1/2 inch gauge Great Western "County" 4-4-0, well made although simplified somewhat with slip eccentric valve gear and little by way of detailing.

The boiler has had a twice working pressure hydraulic test and appears free of leaks and distortion - we would warranty as sound.

The engine runs well on air in either direction, although with some blow by past pistons and/or valves - likely to improve on steam.
