A Great Western 4-4-0 to Don Young's handsome "County Carlow" design, built to a good standard and appearing to need little other than stripping and painting to finish - the engine is unsteamed from new. Boiler is neatly flanged and soldered and has had a twice working pressure shell test, the chassis runs on air. Complete with a wooden carrying crate housing both locomotive and tender.
