The boiler has had a twice working pressure test with new certification issued, it's warrantied as sound. The whistle and steam brake valves both leaked copiously on hydraulic test.
Whilst not seized, the chassis is tight to turn over, finish being better than fit. It wants careful dismantling and easing of the bushes and bearings to give some running clearance.
Fitted with drain cocks, although there is no linkage to the cab.
