I've had this one in before, it recently came back in part exchange a brand new 5 inch gauge example of the same engine. Unused since last time I had it, still one of the nicest 3 1/2 inch gauge "Fireflys" I've had in.

A particularly well-made example of Martin Evans' "Firefly" design for a Great Western small Prairie. The work of a prolific builder whose work included many locomotives and traction engines, as well as one of the finest triple expansion engines I've seen.

Silver soldered copper boiler, working pressure 80psi, feed by croshead pump and injector with auxiliary hand pump. Stephenson's valve gear with pole reverser in cab, mechanical lubricator.
