A narrow gauge 0-4-0 to Martin Evans' narrow gauge freelance "Conway" design, with side tanks replacing the saddle tank originally specified.

Silver soldered copper boiler, working pressure 80psi, feed by axle pump and injector with auxiliary hand pump in the side tank. Gunmetal cylinders with slide valves actuated by Stephenson's gear with pole reverser in the cab, rod-operated drain cocks. Mechanical lubricator in cab driven from return crank on the right hand rear wheel.

Nicely made, the engine has had little use, it's spent recent years on display having been inherited from the builder.
