An older engine, the boiler has had a twice working pressure hydraulic test with new certification issued - the only thing of note were a couple of leaks on a superheater element and header, easily repaired/replaced.
The engine rolls freely. The return cranks need resetting but, with no air getting from regulator to cylinders currently, some investigation of the steam circuit is required before the chassis can be tested.
