Work thus far is to a good standard, the chassis is complete with wheels and coupling rods, gunmetal cylinders and valve chests.
From here the chassis could be got up to air-running with little further expenditure other than time in the workshop.
As always with narrow gauge models, the design produces a large engine for the gauge.

The build was serialised in "Model Engineer" magazine starting in 1973, drawings and castings are still available from Reeves.
