Underneath this rather scary looking apparition is a "PV Baker" trying to get out - the thing needs a new smokebox door and coat of paint asap!
The rest of the engine will require work to recommission, however underneath the ghastly paint there's a decently made example of one of LBSC's better designs.
Complete with a small tender, associated more by virtue of its paintwork rather than any apparent willingness to couple up to the locomotive.
