A well-advanced project in "barn find" condition, the brightwork has a liberal coating of light surface rust; the paintwork - quite well applied in the first place - is now battle-scarred, the engine needs stripping and repainting.
The boiler is a commercially made, silver-soldered copper job by Western Steam for which we have documentation. The engine itself turns over freely.
