The work of an experienced engineer, known for his high quality restoration work on both full size road steam and vintage cars, the locomotive was completed during the COVID lockdown as a distraction from the privations of that plague.
The chassis was tested on air when built, the commercially built CE-marked boiler has yet to see a fire - the engine remains unsteamed from new.
