A well made model, built in a different era - a time when good fit and finish were both recognized and highly esteemed, with many builders having been apprenticed in the engineering industries at that time. It shows in the models that were produced.
The engine turns over freely, however in deference to its age we've made no attempt to strip and test the boiler. An engine deserving of a quiet retirement on a bookshelf, where it would bring a certain vintage style to anybody's living room.
Complete with a well-travelled carrying crate, purpose-built for the engine and veteran of many rallies - we think it looks fabulous, worth of display on its own!
