A finely made 1 1/2 inch scale Allchin traction engine to the "Royal Chester" design by W.Hughes, serialised in "Model Engineer" magazine in the 1950s.

Machining, fit and finish is to a high standard throughout, paintwork well executed and neatly lined. Ticks over very nicely on compressed air at 15psi - there's a short clip of it running here.
