A 1 1/2 inch scale Allchin agricultural engine to Bill Hughes' "Royal Chester" design, an older engine which has been on display for some years.

The engine turns over freely and runs on air in forwards gear after a fashion although not in reverse, requiring attention to eccentric and slide valve settings.

The boiler has had a twice working pressure hydraulic test with new certification issued.
