An early-stage 5 inch gauge 0-4-0 to the "Rail Motor" design, from the same builder as the Hunslet I have in at the moment. Work to date comprises an assembled chassis, complete with wheels, pump, connecting and coupling rods - quartering and rods have been accurately made, the chassis pushes along freely. The brown coating on the rods in the photographs is dried oil, they are bright underneath.

In addition there are castings for chimney, petticoat pipe, dome, cylinders and smokebox door, along with most of a flanged boiler kit, including tubes and material for foundation ring.
