A well advanced LMS rebuilt Royal Scot "Royal Engineer", it's recently come in with a large collection from Scotland. The engine pushed along freely, motionwork and valve gear are nicely made - it's a three cylinder engine with piston valves actuated by three sets of Walschaerts gear.

Tender is complete and painted, locomotive has running boards loose with it in a box, along with a set of stainless steel radiant superheaters. Boiler is an amateur built job, silver soldered copper with some calking. Solder penetration looks good, plates are neatly flanged.
