A finely made Great Western 14XX tank locomotive, same builder as the 45XX, 57XX currently in stock (he also built the Claud Hamilton we sold some years ago).

Built in the 1980s, the engine has had a good deal of club running, although stored in recent years. Paintwork is getting tired, particularly the black tops of tanks and around the front running boards.

Silver soldered copper boiler, 80psi working pressure, feed by injector, axle pump and hand pump. Cast iron cylinders with slide valves actuated by Stephenson's gear with screw reverser in the cab. Sight feed lubricator.

We've had this one running on air in the workshop, it goes - like all the other builder's engine - particularly well.
