An early stage 5 inch gauge Great Western Pannier tank to LBSC's "Pansy" design, comprising a virtually complete rolling chassis with valve gear. Cylinder block and horns are in gunmetal, there is a set of drawings. Work to date looks good, the crank axle has been neatly made.
