You might remember seeing this one last year when it came in - a new, unsteamed engine which required finishing off (there are pictures and a full write-up of it in the archive here). Since then it's had an enthusiastic "going over", which means it's still a new, unsteamed engine which now requires quite a lot more finishing off and then repainting.
