An excellent "Hercules" chassis, built to a high standard throughout. The chassis is complete, including brakes, cylinders are plumbed up with draincocks, it's pretty much ready to have a boiler dropped on. Motion all turns over freely, it pushes along without tight spots and runs well on air down to 10psi - there's a clip here.
