Whilst looking fairly alarming, there is more to this project than at first appears. It's a new, unsteamed engine, around 95% complete, running on air and with what looks like a professionally-built steel boiler with expanded tubes. Paintwork is so-so, the engine needs a final drive gear guard and there is potential for general improvement and tidying up - water feed is currently by mechanical pump and hand pump, an injector would be a worthwhile addition.
