We have mercifully few accidents with engines here, this unfortunately is one of the rare cockups. For reasons too painful to go into, this is an unsteamed coal-fired Markie Showmans Road Locomotive in what was excellent condition until a brief high speed vertical excursion followed by fairly rapid deceleration rendered it into the state you see here (alright, it was dropped!). Still substantially a new, unused engine but the offside rear wheel is the worse for wear and requires either repair or replacement.
